SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping policy
The preparation time for an order is 24-48 working hours from the date of confirmation of the order, from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) .
Shipments are managed through Certified Letter with the transport company Correos and the price may vary depending on the weight and destination of the package. The prices are updated based on the rates established by Correos.
The estimated delivery times, in working days, are as follows:
*Canary Islands 1-3 days.
*Rest of Spain 7-10 days.
*International 7-15 days.
These deadlines may vary during special periods such as Christmas, holidays, etc.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping tracking number so that it can be tracked at all times through the Correos website.
IMPORTANT:
-If a package is lost during transit, it is the responsibility of the transport company.
-If a package is returned to sender due to incorrect or insufficient address, the buyer is responsible for paying for the second shipment. In this case, 12 LUNAS will contact the buyer to correct the data and send it again.
-The applicable rates or taxes are not included in the total amount to be paid on this web portal. The buyer is responsible for any additional charges. In this case, the buyer must pay it at the time of delivery to the dealer; Otherwise, the package cannot be delivered.
Return policy
Changes and returns are managed within a period of 14 business days after receipt of the order.
They must be notified via email to 12lunasvzla@gmail.com indicating reason, images, article and order number.
The possible scenarios are defined below:

Attributable causes: Defective or mismatched accessories with the order.
12 LUNAS will assume the associated expenses (return shipping and new shipment with the correct accessories).

Non-attributable causes: Changes in measurements, colors, designs, etc.
The buyer will bear the associated costs (return shipping and new shipment with the requested accessories).
In the event that the buyer requests a refund, 12 LUNAS will refund the payment received, except shipping costs.
IMPORTANT:
-The accessories must be returned unused, by the same means and in the same conditions in which they were received within the established period.
-Refunds and new shipments will be made once the returned accessories have been received and their status is verified.
-Customized accessories are excepted from the right to exchange and/or return at the buyer's request.
